Goodbye, 2025

This year was good and bad for me – good politically, of course, but very bad personally.

This was President Trump’s first year in office – first year of his second term, that is. I still wholeheartedly believe that the 2020 election was stolen.

Of course, politically we saw the brutal assassination of Charlie Kirk, and the in-fighting on the right as a result of it. We also saw a lot of leftists (mostly from the moderate side) horrified at the callous remarks and jokes their fellow leftists said about Charlie’s assassination which gave me hope. Unfortunately, leftists are still making jokes and still saying horrible things about him, even though he died months ago.

Other than that, I think this year has been pretty good, politically. President Trump has kept on deporting illegals, despite all the shrieking and whining from the left. He managed to get Iran and Israel to stop their conflict, and he even managed to get Hamas and Israel to agree to a ceasefire. This did not get him the Nobel Peace Prize but honestly, after they gave it to Barack Obama for the “promise” he represented, who really cares? And the woman that did get the prize dedicated it to him for the work he did in her country! And he’s brokered peace between other nations as well.

The economy is still recovering, however, and I’ve seen gas prices go down across the country, and while it’s still over three dollars here in ridiculous Portland, the nearest gas station’s mid-grade price is officially below four dollars, which has made me very happy.

Now, I know the left loves to claim we Trump supporters are all cultists (they’re just pissed because all the shit the mainstream media has flung at Trump over the years refuses to stick, since we still support him), but I do have one criticism – the handling of the Epstein case. I’m not going to get into whether or not Trump ran on releasing all the “Epstein files” or whatever. I do want to say that it’s surprising that nobody has questioned the memo that alerted all of us to what they were going to do with the Epstein case. Remember that? It was clearly leaked. We don’t know if that truly was the Department of Justice’s plan for the Epstein case, or if it was an old memo that had been drafted before things changed, and was subsequently leaked to do damage to Trump…or if someone leaked it to spur the Trump administration or the base to start making noise so that something can move forward. Either way it was leaked, and the Trump admin fumbled their response so badly to it. I am happy that they seem to be course-correcting, but it’s rather unfortunate because it gave the Democrats something to hammer him over the head with. Not only that, now leftists all over the Internet are calling Trump a pedophile. I even questioned the source of the memo when it leaked this past summer.

The silver lining to that cloud is that even though the Democrats have been releasing Epstein files of their own, absolutely none of it has implicated Trump at all. It is very funny to watch.

Of course, the Dems will continue to use the Epstein case as a weapon against Trump, all through next year in the hopes it will get them the majorities they want in Congress.

I am feeling pessimistic about our chances in the mid-terms next year. It happens all the time – the opposing party always wins the mid-terms. If that happens, then Trump will have to put up with one impeachment attempt after another and nothing will get done.

I think the Epstein thing will peter out next year, and that there will be no arrests made. Very sad, but that’s what it’s looking like. I think by the summer, if nothing changes, the Democrats will finally realize that the Epstein thing isn’t working for them, and will find something else to badger Trump over. Getting Trump is probably going to be their big strategy for the mid-terms next year, and there’s enough Marjorie Taylor Green type shitheads in the Republican party that will be all to eager to help them. I’m glad that ignorant slut is finally fucking off, since she’s such a colossal embarrassment and has done us absolutely no favors.

I was going to mention the anti-semitism that has plagued our side lately, but I think I want to dedicate a separate post for that. I have a lot to say about it. Just to weed out the anti-semites now – no, I don’t hate Israel and no, I don’t blame everything on the Jews. I do believe we should stop sending money to Israel, as they can take care of themselves, but that’s it. That being said, I think that is going to be one of the many things that will likely cost us the mid-terms next year.

Next year will be the 250th anniversary of this great nation’s founding, and I am excited about that. I am sad that my beloved grandfather will not see it, as he passed away in late August (literally two days after I lost my job). This has been very difficult for me to deal with since I was very close to him, and now I feel incredibly lost without him. That’s one reason for the lack of posts. The other reason is that the news cycle moves so fast that it’s overwhelming.

That being said, I am trying to be optimistic for next year, and of course, I already have my candidate for the 2028 election – our great Vice President, JD Vance. Happy New Year and here’s to a great 2026!
