I had a post ready for yesterday but my site kept going down, so I could not publish it. Since it was for 9/11 in addition to the assassination of Charlie Kirk, I will just go ahead and write a new post.

This morning I woke up to the bittersweet news of Charlie’s killer being caught.

FBI Announce Arrest of Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old Utah Resident for Murder of Charlie Kirk – The Last Refuge

The Utah Dept of Public Safety and FBI held a press conference to announce the arrest of Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old Utah resident, for the assassination of Charlie Kirk. According to details released to the Daily Mail, the killer confessed to his father Matt Robinson, a member of law enforcement.

President Trump was on Fox News Channel this morning, discussing the arrest and such right before the FBI’s big news conference.

Unsurprisingly, he was a leftist, and the reports that he had scrawled antifa crap on his ammo is apparently true:

Authorities announced Friday they apprehended a suspect in the Charlie Kirk assassination.

The shooter, Tyler Robinson, was turned in by his father and his minister. His father worked with law enforcement so that may be one reason why he seemed like a good shot – he probably went shooting with his dad, and while he was not a professional sniper, was probably somewhat proficient. Proficient enough to shoot Charlie in the neck, killing him nearly instantly.

I am glad the FBI caught him so quickly, and the thing is, there was tons of surveillance footage clearly showing him escaping his little sniper’s nest, so it’s not surprising.
